Orders are processed only after successful payment.
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
Prices shown on the website apply as listed, including or excluding taxes as stated on the product page or checkout.
Accepted payments include Razorpay-supported methods such as cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
You agree not to misuse the website through unauthorized access attempts, copying protected content, or service disruption.

When cancellations and refunds are available, and how to request them.

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds are considered for damaged products, wrong products, or expired products.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification.
Refunds are not available for opened, used, tampered, or improperly handled products, change-of-mind requests after delivery, or orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines, processing expectations, and shipping responsibility.

Expected delivery timeline is 2 to 3 days minimum and 5 to 7 working days maximum, depending on location, courier availability, and seasonal delays.
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Tracking details are shared by email or phone once the order is shipped.
Shipping is free on qualifying orders above Rs. 500.
Standard shipping charges may apply for abroad or special delivery requests.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer addresses.
Delivery is available across most Indian pin codes through trusted courier partners.
